Please check all addresses carefully. Dean’s Stove & Spa guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our warehouse. Shipments that are re-directed or shipments sent to incorrect/incomplete addresses, will not be guaranteed to deliver on time. Deliveries are only made Monday through Friday. Carriers may only count business days for 2nd & 3rd day delivery dates. Dean’s is not responsible for weather delays or other carrier issues.
Standard ground shipments for in stock items are processed in approximately 2 business days. Shipments are only processed Monday through Friday, less national holidays. Dean’s Stove & Spa determines the best shipping carrier for your area.
All products that qualify will ship for $25 if the order is between $49 and $99, and they will ship for free if the order is over $99. Qualifying products are marked as such on their individual pages. Only applicable in the continental US.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in central Connecticut. At Dean’s we strive to ship orders in a timely manner. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, availability or other circumstances. The shipping process is as follows:
Orders shipping via ground shipping will arrive within 5 – 10 business days.
Dean’s Stove & Spa and its carriers will not ship or deliver on the following days:

Lift gate services are available for most of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. You should unpack your item at the time of delivery in the driver’s presence. In the unlikely event that you find damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver. Take photos of the damage and email them to us at email@example.com In almost all cases it is always best practice to refuse a delivery if the product is damaged in any way shape or form. If you choose to accept the freight, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the freight company for damage reimbursement. Dean’s will not be responsible for damaged items that are not noted on the POD. By signing the proof of delivery you accept ownership of the property in its current condition.
